During it's long history, Avonvale have had many well-respected club captain's including our current senior coach Andrew 'Tank' Ball who has been elected to the position on three seperate occasions, and our Chairman Martin Bath who was the youngest ever Club Captain when he took the reigns at just 19 years old. Many former captains have stayed with the club for years after they have stood down and have captained lower sides or taken up committee or other positions at the club.
