To identify different funding streams in order to support the development of the club.

 To understand the financial requirements of the club
 To obtain financial and in kind sponsorship
 To utilise existing ECB partnerships – i.e. through CricketForce
 To identify all funding possibilities, ranging from match day opportunities to larger fundraising events
 To seek alternative external funding opportunities – Local Authority, Sport England, County Sports Partnerships, www.fundrazor.com, Charitable trusts etc
