No, you dont have to become a member, we do a pay as you go system which means you can use our gym facilities for as long as you like including free sauna on your gender specific days!

Here at lock lane sports centre we do 3 months, 6 months & 12 month cheap memberships, all including a free Personalised Fitness assessment profile assessing your mecical condition, level of fitness, body composition and goals and objectives.

Each screening takes about 30 minutes and covers a whole range of assessments including: blood pressure, resting heart rate aerobic training zones, height, weight, body fat percentages, hip to waist ratios etc. We also cover a range of tests including, flexibility, strength, lung capacity and stamina.

You are then prsesnted with a personalised fitness programme which is designed by are very own fitness instructors which will be monitored and updated every 12 weeks progressive
