We are lucky enough to have some superb facilities on which to play our rugby and although we hire all of these facilities, the terms of the agreement allow the Club to rent out space on the Pitch Side Boards to local businesses as a way of creating some income for the club. This space can be rented at a cost of £250.00 for the season from 1st September each year.

The main benefits are:
- Permanent advertising of their company or organization in a prominent position.
- The named contact becomes a Club Member and eligible to the benefits of any other member as mentioned above.
- One free place at the Vice Presidents Lunch and the opportunity to invite additional guests.
- Local knowledge that they are supporting Cleobury Mortimer RFC.

The Pitch Side Boards are 4-metres in length, comprising of two halves each of 2-metres, by 750mm high by 10mm thick PVC foamboard is made up of Polyvinyl chloride and polyurea. It has a very rigid structure, very light highly resistant to moisture and some chemicals, and very easy to cut and shape. Design, including company logo and additional contact information, can be arranged with a local provider and it is usual that the first year’s payment covers the cost of producing the Board.
