Clydesdale Netball Club

Social Netball, sometimes called Bounce Back, is a great way for adults to try netball for the first time or to return to netball after a break. Lots of people give up netball after school, but there is nothing as energetic, fun and sociable as playing adult social netball. Our members always say they enjoy it so much more than other keep fit opportunities.

Come and try it for yourself. We meet on Wednesdays at Lanark Grammar School.
