Cobham Cricket Club GDPR & Privacy Notice
Under new laws introduced by the government in 2019, we need to provide you with certain details concerning how your personal data will be used and protected.
Cobham Cricket Club take the protection of the data we hold about you as a member seriously and are committed to respecting your privacy. This notice is to explain how we may use personal information we collect, how we may comply with the law on data protection and what your rights are:

Personal Data – categories of information we collect from parents/legal guardians registering a child:
• Name & date of birth
• Contact details
• Medical/specific requirements
• Disability information
• Emergency contact details
• Sporting experience video/photography agreement
• Participation agreement

The club administrators, coaches & captains will have access to process the personal data for:
• Supporting the delivery of coaching sessions
• Dealing with medical need/specific requirements
• Reporting of participation and any incidents
• Quality & improvement monitoring

Cobham Cricket Club may disclose your details to:
• Coaches and Colt’s Co-Ordinators
• Leagues
• Kent County Cricket
• The ECB
