Furthermore, if you're new to the game of Rugby, we've got plenty of players that will help you learn the sport and become an integral part of a winning tradition that is Barbarians! Our cosmopolitan mix of players fully reflects the United Kingdom today and our policy of combining teamwork and enjoyment with serious performances on the park creates a shared bond of friendship throughout the club. It means that we have Barbarians scattered all over the world.

We are a small but ambitious club and the Barbarians are proud of rugby's touring heritage and plan to uphold the tradition every year with tours to Europe at the end of season. The tours serve to give the club a real sense of unity, not to mention the chance to prove your drinking prowess against the best the continent has to offer! In addition to all that we plan to hold regular social events, BBQs and parties, the highlight of which will be the annual Dinner and Dance, which will round off the year, with awards and prizes in recognition of the players and members efforts throughout the season.
