Why Are We Restructuring?
Following an internal review, club consultation and wider stakeholder engagement, we’re restructuring our board to create a more modern, focused, and fit for purpose leadership team. This will ensure we can better support our clubs, volunteers, and players in the years ahead.

We are now recruiting for several key voluntary board positions, including:

Chair – Providing strategic leadership to drive Hampshire RFU’s vision.
Directors of Youth Rugby – Overseeing growth and playing experiences.
Directors of Adult Rugby – Overseeing competitions, development, and retention.
Director of Finance, Audit & Risk – Managing financial sustainability and governance.
Director of Compliance – Ensuring safeguarding, discipline, and governance integrity.
Director of Club Investment – Supporting club growth, funding, and infrastructure.
Director of People – Volunteer recognition, coaching development, and inclusion efforts.
