On Tuesday 11th March we won 4-2 away at Kinsley Boys in the semi-final of the Abacus Lighting Floodlit Cup, with Callum Edwards, Joe Green, Mason Laws and Adam Morrison scoring. On Saturday 8th March we won 3-2 away at Kiveton Miners Welfare, with Jason Kearsley scoring twice, and Rob Singer getting the other goal. On Tuesday 25th February we won 4-1 away at Mickleover Reserves in the quarter final of the Abacus Lighting Floodlit Cup, with Callum Edwards scoring twice, and the other Colliery goals coming from Adam Morrison and Harvey Walker. On Wednesday 19th February we lost 6-0 away at Dinnington Town.
Our opponents currently sit top of the Premier Division South, with 66 points from 28 fixtures. On Friday 14th March they won 4-1 at home to Teversal, with Perry Richards scoring twice, and the other goals coming from Josh Devereux and George Morris. On Tuesday 11th March they won 4-0 at home to Holbrook Sports in the semi-final of the Abacus Lighting Floodlit Cup, with Jordan Macaskill scoring twice, and the other goals coming from Marc Bright and Perry Richards. On Saturday 8th March they won 2-0 at home to Graham Street Prims, with Ryan Hadley and Kane Snell scoring.
One to watch for South Normanton Athletic will be Sam Kelly. So far this season he has scored 19 times in 15 appearances.
