For larger gatherings we have function room that can cater for all occasions, Anniversaries and even weddings down at Hayes Rugby Club on Kingshill Avenue Hayes.
We can not cater for 18th unfortunately due to license nor do we do children's parties all others please see below.
For evening parties, you can enter the hall from 5 pm to decorate. The bar then opens at 7.30 bar with last orders at 11.45 closes at 12 am and all out by 12.30am. You will need to secure the hall by putting a £150 deposit along with £150 to cover you for 2 bar staff, table cloths for the large round tables and clean up service for after the party allowing you to walk out at the end of the night with no worries. If everything goes well with no damage caused you will receive back £150 the following day therefore only costing you £150 for the evening. For weddings discussion is in order.
