Kay Street Baptist Football Club

Affiliated to Kay Street Baptist Church, KSB FC were formed in 2007, playing various local friendlies. They entered their first competitive league - the SMCCFL - for the 09/10 season and have remained there ever since. Having just missed out on promotion by finishing 3rd in their opening season and losing in the play-offs, they again missed out by a single spot in 2011. The club split into two teams in 2011 and the first team - KSB - won Division 3 at the third attempt to achieve promotion to the second tier. They have since improved year on year and won their first piece of silverware with the 2016/17 Charity Cup. They finally achieved promotion to the top tier in 2017/18 when they finished runners-up to King's Church Manchester.
