Dave is a founding member of the club and a certifiable hall-of-famer. The most decorated player of all time, contributing to all the club's honours. He began life as a devastating attacker on the left, carving out plenty of goals and assists - twice winning Players' Player. He then joined the United cause to aid brother Liam Kay and ran the show from central midfield, winning Players Player and Golden Boot for both seasons he was there. He then reverted to wing-back under the stewardship of KSB manager Phil Argile, and despite obvious disgruntlement, did a job. Unfortunately after several injuries to his shoulder, he finally had an operation in 2018 and was out of action for nearly a year. The only player to have scored in every season at the club.
