Once you have logged into GMS, on your personal profile in the green notifications box, you should simply click renew player affiliation next to your child's name.

Or you can click on your your child's name and then click on the link to renew player affiliation

Once you have clicked renew affiliation, you will be presented with a form. This will be mostly pre-populated as you are just renewing your affiliation. Please check all details are correct, tick the relevant waivers and then click save.

You should then recieve an automated email confirming your affiliation to the club. This will now show as affiliated under the club on the Child's profile under My Organisations. The affiliation is now complete. The club may need to confirm your affiliation.
