Both Goalkeepers when called upon made some spectacular saves throughout this game as Darren Kelly had a snap reaction save from their striker while the visitors Keeper stopped a Paul Bracken effort which looked like it was headed to the bottom corner ?  Nothing in it for the first half an hour then a quick break saw Ward cross in a ball from the left wing that Casey nodded down to Striker Matthew Raymond who found the bottom corner to give us the lead, just before the half time break DA swung in a cross that seemingly beat everyone & nesselted into our net.  Into the second half Seán Casey hit a thunderous free kick from 25 yards out that smashed off their crossbar, Kelly again blocked a one on one but there was nothing he could do with their next shot that curled into the top corner 15 minutes from the end. As always we pushed hard looking to get back into the game, save of the game saw Ward swing on a low shot 12 yards out that their Keeper somehow tipped over the bar!! From there a free kick saw Baker whip in a ball that caused ruptions in their defense that they finally cleared but a return cross saw Stephen Delaney catch a great volley that hit the net which went by the Keeper before he could react. Both sides didn't want to settle for a draw as the pitch saw pockets of space open up chances came & went but overall no team could get the winner, a draw seemed to be a fair result in an entertaining game.  We wish Dublin Airport FC the very best of luck for the rest of their campaign #thecastle⚫⚪⚽
