Often a creative spark for Lancaster City, Charlie Bailey is adept anywhere across the forward line, midfield and out wide. Having emerged from the youth ranks at Morecambe FC, Charlie penned a professional contract with the Shrimps in May 2015. He would go out on loan to Kendal Town for the remainder of the 2015/16 season before joining the Mint Cakes permanently the following summer.

Charlie moved to Lancaster along with his older brother Sam ahead of the 2017/18 campaign, he has since gone on to make 192 appearances and contribute 36 goals.
