Two weeks after being born, I was diagnosed with Spastic Cerebral Palsy. Mummy and Daddy were told by the team at the hospital that it would affect all of my limbs and that it would be highly likely that I will never walk, talk, or feed myself.

This trust is being set up by my Mummy (Louise Wardleworth) and my Daddy (Ben Wardleworth) to raise money for an operation in the US which will hopefully enable me to walk. I am hoping their friends and my friends can make a difference raising money for the Trust.
