About the team

We're incredibly fortunate to have an outstanding team of coaches, including former international players, who are passionate about sharing their love for the game. Every squad coach at London Scottish receives RFU-training, so you can trust that our young players are getting top-notch guidance and support.

We train twice a week at Kings House Sport Ground in Chiswick: Wednesday evening 18:00-19:30 and Sunday morning 11:30-13:30. These sessions are designed to build core strength, to develop the skills and tactics needed for age grade rugby and to build stronger resilience within the squads.

We have a strong bond with the London Scottish Championship team and the London Scottish Lions, which provides a great way to be part of something bigger and see top-level rugby up close. Our players get the exciting opportunity to support them as ball boys and in exchange, players visit to training, and meet with the behind the scenes team to learn more about the professional rugby scene.

Each year, we embark on a tour, which is one of the highlights of our season! These tours are more than just a chance to play rugby with new teams, moreover they're an opportunity to strengthen friendships, show the coaches that you’ve been listening, play great rugby and let our hair down.
