Academy Objectives
•Encourage the development of local children in a fun learning environment.
•Develop the children’s FUNdamental skills and ABC’s (Agility, Balance, Coordination).
•Ensure all children have the opportunity to play and train at an appropriate level.

Academy Development Year 1 (Under 5’s)
• Fun football games.
• Establishing ability.
• Developing basic technique, FUNdamental skills and ABC’s.
• Identifying and approaching parent helpers.

Academy Development Year 2 (Under 6’s)
• Gradually introduce laws of the game.
• Continued player development.
• Developing basic technique, FUNdamental skills and ABC’s.
• Introduce parent helpers to the Dynamo Coaching Network.
• Prepare players/squads/coaches for entering the league system the following season.
