North Leigh FC is affiliated to the Oxfordshire FA, as such we take guidance from them and the wider FA as well. Football is only enjoyable if the players, club officials and spectators feel safe and supported.

We have strict policies regarding every day matters such as anti-discrimination, equal opportunities, safeguarding and health and safety. We recognise that these documents are integral to our day to day activities.
Sadly, not everything goes to plan and very occasionally we require the help of the emergency services. As such we have an Emergency Action Plan in place, which also remains under constant review and consideration from club officials.
We offer the opportunity for football to be played by not only children, but also a wider adult section including the clubs First Team; all of whom use the same facility. We have code's of conduct covering everyone who is involved with a football related activity on site; detailing implicitly our exceptions of those persons.
The use of social media has become an invaluable tool in promoting the clubs activities, the game and the provides the ability to communicate with everyone quickly. Unfortunately it's not always used in the correct way, its abused and can be very dangerous. All those associated with the club are expected have in mind our Social Media policy when using those platforms.
All of these documents are under regular and periodic review, should you have any queries or concerns with any details contained therein then please contact a club official, contact details can be found by clicking here.
