"Fast and Free" Rugby represents the perfect blend of creativity and bravery. We aim to encourage our players to unleash their creative skills on the field and play with unrestricted freedom.

Our Colts, who triumphed in the under-18's Bob Coward Cup last season (23/24), are a testament to our club's unwavering commitment to nurturing young talent. We were also recognized as the Old Leamingtonians Team of the Year.

This culture of excellence inspires future generations of players and captures the true spirit of the game. Our diverse squad includes players from local state and independent schools, some recruited by academies and many starting at our club in the under 6s.

We warmly welcome new players from the under-17 and under-18 age groups. With an outstanding player-to-coach ratio, a physio and a manager all of whom have undergone DBS checks to ensure a secure environment for players. We invite you to join us for squad training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 8.15 p.m. Our matches typically occur on Saturday afternoons or Friday evenings from September to April.

For both this and last season, we were fortunate to receive a complete training kit generously sponsored by Park Dean Resorts for all our players.
