Please use the attached document (below) to register for Old Street Rugby. This gives us your essential details to help with insurance and in case of emergency.

In short, it's pretty important. So either:

• Print, fill out and hand to Lynn, Rick or your captain ASAP
• Fill out online and email back to Lynn lynn@richardandlynnhay.co.uk ASAP

RFU Registration Form

Essential for all 1st XV level players is the RFU Adult registration form which is also below. Fill this in and send over to Lynn (info@oldstreetrugby.com) before playing any such games.
