General Info

Training consists of fun fitness, games and netball skills with match play, with an aim to enter a competitive league in 2010. All fitness levels are catered for and we hope to encourage players in achieving a good standard of fitness and thus promoting a healthy lifestyle. We are fortunate enough to have a fitness coach come to training once a month to help improve fitness within the whole club. He is also a local primary school teacher who specialises in sport and has vast experience within sport as was semi-professional in rugby.
