Our bespoke clubhouse has one of the most modern facilities in West Sussex. A large open plan function room with a spacious bar area and fully equipped kitchen make our clubhouse an ideal location for events. The clubhouse has full disabled access and facilities.

Donations for Functions:
£350 for parties and evening functions.
£250 for meetings/conferences etc.
£150 for children’s parties.
Wedding Receptions/ Large Functions by agreement.

Conditions
Maximum 130 people.
Each booking is subject to a £200 deposit to cover any damage caused or non-compliance with contract terms.
The Member is responsible for the removal of all excess rubbish from the premises.
No alcohol can be brought into the clubhouse other than what is supplied by PRFC.
Catering to be supplied by in-house catering at an agreed cost. Outside caterers to be approved by the club and additional supplement to be paid.
