2. Terms & Conditions


CONDITIONS FOR CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES
In consideration of the donation and deposit*, Pulborough Rugby Football Club Limited (the Club) will make available the Clubhouse Facilities to a Club or Family Member subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Club will:
a) Supply the Bar Manager (if required). Any additional staff needed will be charged at cost.
b) Catering to be supplied by in-house catering at an agreed cost. Outside caterers to be approved by the club and additional supplement to be paid.
The Member will:
a) Be present and responsible for the behaviour and well being of the guests.
b) Make a block entry in the Visitors’ Book and provide a full guest list.
c) Restrict numbers to 130 capita (extra with marquee)
d) Arrange Marquee Hire (if applicable) through an approved PRFC contractor.
e) Be responsible for removal from the Clubhouse of all bottles and excess rubbish.
f) *Pay a refundable deposit (figure to be agreed) to cover breakages, damages, excessive cleaning or failing to comply with these stated conditions.
General:
a) It is understood that the Bar Manager will close the Bar at 23.00 hours unless an extension has been granted.
b) It is the Members responsibility to ensure that the facilities are left in a clean and tidy state after the function.
c) The Member bears the responsibility for the conduct of the Guests at all times but particularly at the end of the function when Guests must be encouraged to leave the Clubhouse promptly after closure of the Bar and quietly with due consideration for neighbouring properties.
d) Regretfully no Birthday Parties or similar functions for those between the ages of 16 and 21.
e) Younger Guests must ensure they carry ID as they will be challenged by Bar staff if they appear underage.
f) No alcohol to be brought into the clubhouse other than what is supplied by PRFC.
