Practice
•Be on time
* Be properly dressed & ready to start at the designated time
•Bring enough fluids to stay hydrated.
•Let the coach and/or captain(s) know if you'll be late or absent
•Only constructive comments - we all make mistakes
•Keep negative comments & thoughts to yourself. Don't waste everyone's time with negative ideas.
•Injured players, friends, acquaintances are welcome to attend practice, but they will be asked to leave if they disrupt or interfere with practice, or behave in a manner which negatively portrays rugby.
