Hardship cases will be considered for members in good standing who are unemployed, full members may be granted student status while in an underemployment situation.

Hardship must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to the Treasurer and/or President. Hardship status requests will be reviewed and approved or denied by the officers.

Temporary student status (as referenced above) will be granted at the discretion of the officers and may do so without solicitation from the affected member.

Playing members who sustain an injury or otherwise become unable to play during the first half of a season, may voluntarily change their status to “Social” for the duration of their inactivity. Any dues paid in excess of the required amount for Social will be credited to their account for return to active status. The request for change of status must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to the President and/or Treasurer.
