Seaton Carew FC are proud to announce that we are now offering Walking football to over 50's as part of our Football for all plan.
Footballing career comeback!
Walking Football was initially designed to help get the over 50's back into football and exercise. However, all ages are welcome to our sessions. The main differences between standard football are the two rules of no running & no slide tackles.
Play the game you’ve always loved. Reduce the chances of injury. Great way to keep fit, learn existing and new skills, have fun and socialise all at the same time.
