NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Veteran rugby players are always available to help you learn the game. All players are welcome to come out and join in on practices held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Oceana NAS, 1750 Tomcat Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA 23460. Participants are to meet in the far right parking lot of the NEX (closest to the gate) between 6:15pm and 6:30pm. Players will carpool onto base at 6:35pm each practice.
