A very warm welcome to our new players and welcome back to our returners. We hope you had a good off season and a restful break, and that you are looking forward to the season ahead at Yarnbury RFC.
Please read and follow the step-by-step instructions below. If you are renewing player affiliation please go to How to Renew for a Parent / Guardian?, if you are transferring from another club then please look at How to transfer from another club, if you are new then please look at How to do a new affiliation for a Parent / Guardian?, it will ensure you end up affiliating your children to play and not yourself!
If you are affiliating/renewing a player in U7 to U16 then please upload a recent photograph of your child or replace the existing photograph if the previous one is more than two years old.
Photographs will only be used in the creation of the player passport, a requirement of Yorkshire RFU, our constituent body. The photograph will only be available to club administrators and your child’s Team Manager or Coaches in a secured pdf file.

You can easily reset your password if you need to. If you are asked to verify your account in a red box on the left of the page, please choose 'Resend Verification' and you should receive an email containing a link in the following 24 hours.

How to do a new affiliation for a Parent / Guardian?

Select ‘Create New Account’ and enter the Parent/Guardian details
Create your child(ren) accounts by clicking the + Add button in the ‘Family and Friends’ area of the personal profile dashboard
Return to your personal profile dashboard - there should be a notification in the green box to action a Player Affiliation for your child
Complete the Player Affiliation form and click Save
Click the three dots next to your child’s name and select Edit Details. Upload the player photograph
Purchase a membership
You will receive an automated email and Yarnbury RFC will be prompted to approve the player affiliation. On approval, your child will be an active affiliated player and ready to play rugby

How to Renew for a Parent / Guardian?

Login to your account
Select your child's account
Select renew affiliation
Review the details on the player affiliation form and click save once complete
Remember to check that your own details are up to date
Click the three dots next to your child’s name and select Edit Details. Upload the player photograph
Purchase a membership
You will receive an email confirming affiliation; your child will be an active affiliated player and ready to play rugby

How to transfer from another club

Login to your account
Select Affiliate to a(nother) club [player name] from the green notifications on the personal profile dashboard
Review the details on the player affiliation form and click save once complete
Click the three dots next to your child’s name and select Edit Details. Upload the player photograph
Add Yarnbury RFC to your and any other linked parent accounts under ‘My Organisations’ with the + Add icon
Remember to check that your own details are up to date
Purchase a membership
You will receive an email confirming affiliation; your child will be an active affiliated player and ready to play rugby

An age-grade player can now play at multiple clubs if they wish. If you want to remove your old club for your child, then please contact your old club and ask them to un-affiliate and remove your child from their club.

Adding a New Sibling/Partner/other friend or family member (to your existing Profile if you need to):
If you are adding a sibling who has joined this season, simply click the + Add button in your Family area. Most of the information will be pre-populated for you. Once added/saved to the system, then affiliate them by clicking their name and affiliating them to Yarnbury RFC

Purchase a Membership
Our membership schemes are available to purchase online in the Game Management System (GMS) via your personal profile dashboard. Click on ‘Buy a Membership’ for the correct family member under the green notification box on the personal profile dashboard. Eligible discounts will be applied automatically.

We encourage parents to pay online but if you prefer to pay by cash or cheque please make payment to your child’s Team Manager or the Junior Secretary. Please write the player’s name and team on the reverse of the cheque or on an envelope for cash payments.
