This page should act as a guide for helping Parents register themselves and their children on the Pitchero App.

Ashfield RUFC uses Pitchero for Membership Registration, Payment, Team Selection, Match Fee Payments (where applicable) and Communication with our Members amongst other things.

First Download the “Pitchero Club” App from either the “Apple App Store” or “Google Play Store“

Once downloaded and you enter the App you should be presented with some options
Sign in with Email,
Sign in with Apple,
Sign in with Facebook
Register with Email

The instructions that follow will show registering by “Email Address“, but they should be fairly similar after a certain point.

1. Select, the “Register with Email” button.
2. Enter Your own details (IMPORTANT: Not your Child’s details) As directed.
3. Tick the “TERMS OF SERVICE” Agreement checkbox and then hit the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button
4. Select "Rugby Union"
5. On the Join a club screen enter "Ashfield RUFC" and when displayed select it.
6. You will receive a "Club Consent" which must be "Accepted"

7. Apply for roles. Select Parent
8. Press the “ADD A CHILD” button and you will be presented with the "Add Child" screen
9. Enter the first few letters of your child’s name in the Search field.
10. This is checking to see if your child has registered before.
11. If they have then you can select them.
12. If you are registering for the first time, then you should see “ADD A NEW CHILD” button
13. Press the “ADD A NEW CHILD” button and you will prompted to "Chose their team" e.g. U9s(Year 4)
14. Press the “ADD CHILD” button and an approval process should be sent to the appropriate team manager to approve.
15. You will see on the screen, that their status is “Pending” for the time being, until approved.
16. You will receive a verification email, which must be completed before your account will become active.
