This page should act as a guide for helping adult players register themselves on the Pitchero App.

Ashfield RUFC uses Pitchero for Membership Registration, Payment, Team Selection, Match Fee Payments (where applicable) and Communication with our Members amongst other things.

First Download the “Pitchero Club” App from either the “Apple App Store” or “Google Play Store“

Once downloaded and you enter the App you should be presented with some options
Sign in with Email,
Sign in with Apple,
Sign in with Facebook
Register with Email

The instructions that follow will show registering by “Email Address“, but they should be fairly similar after a certain point.

1. Select, the “Register with Email” button.
2. Enter Your own details as directed.
3. Tick the “TERMS OF SERVICE” Agreement checkbox and then hit the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button
4. Select "Rugby Union"
5. On the Join a club screen enter "Ashfield RUFC" and when displayed select it.
6. You will receive a "Club Consent" which must be "Accepted"
PLEASE NOTE: We do not share anyone’s personal information with any 3rd parties
7. Apply for roles. Select Player/Club Member
8. Which team do you play for? "Chose the appropriate team" e.g. 1stXV / Ashfield Ladies1stXV
9. Press the “Complete Registration” button and an approval process should be sent to the appropriate team manager to approve.
10. You will see on the screen, that your status is “Pending” for the time being.
11. You will receive an email with a verification link to complete the application process.
