Why haven't I received a verification email after creating an account?

Some email providers such as BT, Yahoo, Outlook and Hotmail appear to be blocking these emails intermittently, so please bear with the RFU whilst they attempt to work with them to resolve these issues.

Who do I contact should I have problems accessing my account?

Why do I need to register with GMS now, I thought the club did this for me?

Since 2019-20 season the RFU stipulated that parents of age grade players must be responsible for the children they are responsible for, this is in line with GDPR. The club had previously entered all players on to the RFU GMS system to comply with player registration for festivals etc. However, to ensure that parents can update player records to ensure that they are up to date especially regards medication conditions, emergency contacts it is now you the parent that is responsible. This is separate to the Clubs Website, which is purely used for Club level communication, new, fixtures, events etc.

How often will I need to reaffiliate?

From now on age grade affiliation is required for every new season.

What are the benefits to the club for annual reaffiliations?
The club benefits by making sure that our players records are accurate and up to date, minimising the amount of administration the team of volunteers have to attend to, to keep you all informed.
