Season 2011/12

Our 1st year in the Central Scottish AFL was an enjoyable experience and gave us a heads up on where we need to be to compete in the Central. A 4th place finish behind impressive a few quality sides in the shape of Champions Bannockburn, Runners up Wellhouse and Drumchapel Amateurs. A run to the 6th rnd of the Scottish Cup was better than it has been for in recent times but was disappointing not to progress further.Several of the boys had very good seasons but 1 stood out from the rest. Michael McColgan was rewarded for a great season where he scored 33 goals in 32 appearances with 3 awards. Top Scorer, Player and Players Player of the Year.. Jonas Andersen was also rewarded for a fine season with the Sponsors player of the year
