The club needs volunteers, not just to play, but also to fulfil the other roles that enable a team to function.
Coordinated by the Secretary (see Committee), the club needs;
Coach/Referee Coordinator, to recruit, identify within the club, and develop coaches and referees ensuring they have access to the appropriate courses and that their details are registered with the RFU - currently no one undertakes this role.
Safeguarding Officer, specifically aimed at the younger players to make sure they can train and play in a safe environment - currently undertaken by Adrian Illingworth.
First Aid Coordinator, to make sure that there are appropriately qualified pitch-side first aiders at both training and games or that alternative provisions have been made - currently no one undertakes this role.
