2. Code of Conduct

We the founding members of Kingswood Castle FC will be putting in 100% effort to bring stability & success to the club.

During the course of the season we will all win, lose & draw together, therefore we do not want to see anyone singling anyone out or get personal about them when they may have had a below par game or made a mistake. Because we can guarantee that over the course of the season we will all make mistakes & play poorly. All clubs are made up of a mixed bag of personalities, some stronger than others, some quieter than others, but are all in it for the same reason, to be successful.

Please see below all of the rules that we will be installing for the forthcoming season. If our aim is to be as successful as the better teams in this division, then we need to get it right, both on & off the pitch.

Player are asked to read up on our club rules.

Kingswood Castle FC Rules

All players must keep to these rules of conduct especially for matches & training days. It's an amateur game but your approach should always be professional.

1)MEETING FOR TRAINING:
Training starts bang on 19:00pm sharp so all players should arrive five too ten minutes before to get ready for the session, if your going to be late a text/call or message must be made to us.

2)TRAINING SESSIONS:
When we put up an upcoming training session event on our Facebook or Pitchero website then we expect you to reply to it so we & especially the Manager can plan out the session as all our planned out to a T. In those sessions your all need to show the Team & Manager what your all about.

3)MEETING FOR MATCHES:
If the manager sets the time at e.g. 10:30am all players must show up on time, if your going to be late a text/call or message on our Team App must be made or your place in the squad could be lost. For away games we will always meet in the Kingswood Lodge pub car park.

4)SQUAD FOR A MATCH:
A squad for each & every match will be picked Thursday night after our last session, players will be picked & judged on their attendance, performance in training & also their performance in their last game as "Your Only As Good As Your Last Game" Players picked for an upcoming match will be contacted so please make sure you've given your contact details to us & that your on our Team App, your expected to reply to us to let us no if your available. The squad then will be put up on our Facebook & Pitchero website pages so NO player has any excuses. If your not in the squad its your duty to come out & support your team.

5)MATCH DAY SUBS:
Subs for every player is set at €10 a man & must be paid before every game, if you are a substitute you will get €5 back even if you've come on to play a part in the game, please go too the Club Captain when meeting up with the squad as he collects the money & don't have him looking for you. Remember you "DONT PAY you DON'T PLAY" simple.

6)MATCH DAY SQUADS:
Report for all games, home/away on time, unless you have notified us you are running later with a valid reason.

The maximum number of players that can be taken out too every match is 18 & only three subs can be used so to be in with a chance of getting into the squad please see rule 2.

7)PLAYERS THAT ARE SUBS:
I assume you are all Clubman because you play for Kingswood Castle FC. This being the case, if & when you are on the bench, get substituted or not in the squad, we expect you to be annoyed, but also expect you to show maturity & prove the management wrong next time you are selected, not sulk & go missing for a few weeks. If your a sub on a match day you should be fully togged out & ready to come on at any time in a match whether its the first minute or the last minute of the game. A player goes down injured then your job is to start warming up straight away incase your needed, if & when someone does not agree with team selection etc then this is not to be addressed in front of others.

8)WARM UPS & WARM DOWNS:
Every player whether your in the starting 11 or on the line we ALL warm up together as a unit & a squad, one sub can then take the keeper to do his warm up when needed, our warm up is massively important as its the time you should be totally focused on the game ahead, warm ups are about getting your touch & working up a pumped sweat so clowning around is a no no. When the games finish after the handshakes etc. we will meet at our sideline & then after a quick chat, we ALL will have a five minute warm down which is just as important as our warm up, don't walk off after the final whistle. After every game there will be a man of the match award, which means a player has been voted for by his team mates he will then receive a pint of his choice back in our local pub the Clock Tower.

9)CLUB GEAR:
Every player is expected to wear their Club Polotop along with a pair of black tracksuit bottoms for all home/away games. €2 fine for every item not worn. At the end of every match please return all socks, shorts & jerseys too our kit bag. When needs be & there's a colour clash then we will supply the green strip. You lose any gear then you will be fined so we can replace it. Our colours are Black/White & Green/Black/White.

10)BOOT FINES:
When the winter games come in & most pitches are bad & mucky your boots should not be, before every game the Captain will ask all players to take out their boots & examine them, if found to be badly kept or not cleaned then you will be fined, the fine for this is €2 a man & that money goes into the team kitty which can be used for things like our Christmas drinks session, end of season session or whatsever needed. All those €2 over the season add up believe us gentlemen.

11)MATCH/CLUB FINES:
Any player that gets sent off or adds up in the yellow cards department then you will have to pay your own fines & you should expect to be suspended for a match or matches when the League notifies us. If youre sent off then you will have to accompany our club Secretary into a board disciplinarian meeting in town that sits every Thursday night, if a player is booked or sent off for mouthing then we Kingswood Castle FC will fine you €10 on top of your league fine & could add a club suspension to it as well. No player can play a match unless their fines are paid first.

Finally gentlemen this is our own club which we plan to run our way the right way, we have an excellent committee on board & behind us so learn to appreciate the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

So... Lets start as we mean too go on we're all men not children so act like a man not like a child as your representing Kingswood Castle FC & above all else yourself, best of luck to everyone involved for each upcoming season & remember enjoy it.
