Concussion reporting protocol
Please can you remind all your coaches to send details of any confirmed concussions (not “suspected” ones) to your Club Safeguarding Officer
and to Julie Greenslade - HRFU on hampshirerugby@yahoo.co.uk
Please mark the email 'Concussion - Confidential'
We need the following information:
Player's name, DOB, age group, club name, coach's name (and whether he has been fully informed) , school/college name, county team, parent's name and phone and email contact.
The purpose of this is so that we can ensure parents, club coaches, County Managers and Schools/colleges have ALL been properly referred to the RFU’s Concussion and Return to Play protocols.
