Plymstock Albion Oaks RFC

The 1st XV have been one of the stronger teams in Devon 1 for a number of years, but have fell short of promotion into the Devon/Cornwall league on a number of occasions.

There have been some changes to the team that occurred during the offseason. Former head coach, Adam Nicholos, stepped down from the role to become a referee. Assistant coach Paul Duggan, has stepped p to take on the head coaching role, with Simon Austin taking on the forwards coaching role.

This season, the team are blooding a lot more of the younger players who have stepped up from last years colts team. The blend between last years colts team, and the 2010 Colts team that still have a number of players as regular starters every week, is expected to make for a very talented team.

There are expected to be some growing pains here and there like there are with many young teams, but promotion is still very much the main target for the team.
