At his side is the young pretender namely one Peter Britton (pictured right)who joined the club when I were a lad and you were a mere twinkle in your mother's eye.

Peter, is possibly one of the club's longest serving members having been here since the 1980's where it is believed he had a full head of hair to match what one Rostherne member described as his 'youthful exhuberance'.
Alas, the hair has disappeared but the skill, talent and enthusiasm Peter brings to the side is always on show, with Peter still skittling those wickets and hitting the runs like he has done in the past.
It is hoped that this blend of youthfulness and experience will do Rostherne proud and therefore lead us back to where we belong.
