3. Guidance for Team / Age Group Admins
The GMS greatly simplifies club admin by giving players and families the ability to maintain their own records, including details of medical conditions, themselves. This information is then available to Coaches and Team Management via the GMS.
It further simplifies the collection of subscriptions at the start of each season by allowing this to be done online.
A pre-requisite to all of the above is that each member or family needs to know their GMS login credentials. There are two methods to retrieving these:
(1) Go to the GMS Login Page and follow the 'Forgot Password' link. This only works if they know the email address held for them on the GMS.
(2) You, their Team / Age Group Admin login to the GMS, access the player's/parent's record in the GMS, and click 'Sent Credentials'. You can update the player's/parent's email address before doing this if this is incorrect.
There are further actions you can follow through the GMS:
- request a player/family pay the club subscriptions by sending them an invoice from the system
- check if a player/family have paid their subscriptions
- email your players/families
There are many useful user guides on line at England Rugby here which provide details on how to do the above.
