Following devastating Boxing Day floods the club's facilities and resources have been stretched to their limits. This has highlighted the need to improve our resources and with an estimated bill of £50,000 in the aftermath of the flooding we are looking for help.
We secured funding to build a new state of the art electronic scoreboard for the 2014 season and in 2016 the ECB funded a new artificial practice facility for the benefit of senior and junior players.
We are now looking to improve our clubhouse, replace training equipment and machinery lost in the floods and improve the facilities at our 2nd ground at Tong Park.
To facilitate this we are looking into the possibility of charitable grants, some exciting fund raising events and sponsorship opportunities.
- Be in at the start – we are looking to boost revenue to improve facilities for a rapidly expanding club through sponsorship and advertising previously unused by the club.
- Tong Park Esholt CC is extremely proud of it’s reputation as a warm and friendly club, whilst maintaining a competitive edge, together with an outstanding commitment to youth development in the local community.
- Associate your organisation with a well run club as demonstrated by the recently awarded ECB Clubmark accreditation.
- Gain access to the local community and a wide range of demographics.
- Brand exposure to visiting cricket teams from throughout the Aire Wharf and Bradford for league, cup and friendly games throughout the season.
- As well as the Cricket Club, our headquarters on Esholt Lane is also home to a popular caravan site, several local football teams, running club The Saltaire Striders and the clubhouse is available to book for various functions and private parties throughout the year.
- An ideal partner in delivering your ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ (CSR) aspirations.
- An opportunity to directly improve and participate with the community that you and your employees work in.
- Active club website and social media exposure with over 1200 Twitter followers and 2 Facebook groups.
