31. The Annual General Meeting shall be held as soon as possible within 2 months of the end of the season. Voting shall be by members only and each member shall have one vote. The Chairman shall have a casting vote.

32. Changes in the constitution can be made at the AGM and shall require a two thirds majority; or an extra ordinary meeting can be called to amend All other matters shall require a simple majority.

33. Officer posts shall be elected at the AGM and nominations for these posts shall be made at the AGM.
