The season started brightly with 6 successful wins but the loss of both prolific strikers Adam watson and Curtis Walker derailled the title challenge. Dave Twigg brought out the best in the players but the lack of fire power proved too much but the team still managed a creditalble 5th position in the league. They also battled their way to the Doncaster Challenge Cup Final where they successfully defended the title and claimed back to back wins after defeating Denaby United 1 - 0. This was some reward for the difficult season which Dave and the lads had endured.
