Well what more can I say, the title says it all.
The senior side pushed all the way in the league and eventually finished a creditable third only beaten on goal difference by Calverton. Winners of the league were Ollerton, but both of these suffered defeat twice at the hands of the Main. The lads reached the quarter final of the Doncaster Challenge Cup and made it to the second round of the League Cup.
The Under 19's had a tremendous year which saw them crowned League Champions in their first season. They also managed to reach the cup semi final. The lads managed by Dave Twigg can hold their heads high with what they have achieved this year.
Overall the club has moved in a positive direction with good results now appearing on the football field. Also the part installation of floodlights is making the Main a great venue for playing football.
