How many teams do you run?
We run three senior men’s teams – imaginatively called the first team, second team, and third team.
What league do you play in?
In the 2021-2022 season our first team will play in the: - Berks, Bucks & Oxon Premiership. We also won the Buck's Senior Vase, and the Southern Counties Senior Vase as well in the 2018/2019 Season.
Our second and third teams play in the Herts & Middlesex Merit Tables - there's healthy competition for places throughout the squads and we always welcome new joiners.
Who can play for your senior men’s teams?
Are you male? Are you over seventeen?
If you answered “yes”, then you can!
Why should I play for Chesham Rugby Club?
We can offer you high class coaching, competitive rugby, a great team spirit, and a good drink afterwards.
When do you play and train?
We play on Saturday afternoons, meet times vary depending on the venue of the game.
Training is on Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm until 9pm.
What do you do socially?
Socialising is a big part of the Stags; we aren’t called ‘Bucks’ Friendliest Rugby Club’ for nothing!
We tour each year, hold formal dinners, and we regularly organise trips and outings. But despite the organisation skills of our social secretaries, our most popular events are after every training session and match!
