Player Photos for Registration Cards

Please note that the Surrey Youth League have recently issued revised guidelines for player photos. See below what they have said. It is very important that we adhere to the guidance.

Please ensure that:-

a) The photograph is a recent one. If you show us a card and then a photo with the same image as last year it will be REJECTED.

b) If you provide a paper photograph that is too light in colour, or the glue has caused a problem soaking through, then it will be REJECTED; please don't use paper photographs

c) If the head is too small then the photograph will be REJECTED

d) If a photograph is one that has “sample” stamped across it from a School batch then it will be REJECTED

General Registration Process
It is important that each individual team has at least eight players’ paperwork and payments for registration submitted to Martin Clark by a date in June each year.

Individual player registration can be done after this date however it will cost the Club more to register each player after this time.

The most important paperwork in order to complete registration is:

- League registration form with players’ signatures (for Surrey Youth League), individual player registration forms with signatures (for Surrey Primary League)

- recent passport photo for every player x 2

- player identification - for players who played last year for Kew their registration card - for new players a copy of their passport or birth certificate.

- payment of at least £100 by cheque or cash.

It is expected that all players will pay £100 to be registered. If a player is registered and has not paid £100 by the start of the season, the team will not be issued with their playing card and therefore the player will not be able to play until they do play.
