The opposing (home) team has to provide alternative kit if there is a colour clash. It is recommended that Team Managers check with the opposing team if no kit colour has been indicated.

Teams will need to have their Player Registration Cards with them in order to present to the other time and them to match up with the team players. It is advised that the Team Manager has control of the Cards at all times and they are not given to the Players/Parents.

The opposing (home) team should provide at least toilet facilities.

The opposing (home) team must supply the match ball.

After the game your team must report the result to the League Organisers. For the Surrey Youth League this is via Prawn Sandwich Website. The Club is fined if the results and not recorded in time. This will be passed on to the relevant to team to pay.

Following the game teams should try to provide a match report to the Club Website, via the Website Manager or Youth Secretary. It is recommended that a parent/supporter is "volunteered" to do this job.
