Chicken Skewers and Rice
Ingredients:
One chicken breast
Uncle Bens express rice (your choice)
Tinned sweet corn
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Bell pepper
Onion

Cooking:
1. Soak skewers in water for one hour
2. Pre heat grill, medium to high. Boil water for broccoli
3. Chop chicken, peppers and mushrooms for skewers and slide on. Grill for 15mins turning every 5mins
4. Boil / steam broccoli for 10-15mins
5. Microwave Uncle Bens rice and plate up with sweet corn
Preparation Time -1hour with skewers or 5mins if already done
Cooking Time – 15mins
