Chicken and Vegetable Balti (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets
1 onion
Mushrooms 150g
Baby Corn and Sugarsnap Peas 175g
Balti Curry Sauce
Oil
Brown rice

Cooking:
1. Heat a pan of water to boil the rice
2. Warm oil in a wok
3. Add the brown rice to the boiling water and leave to cook for 20mins
4. Chop onion, baby corn, sugarsnap, mushroom and chicken.
5. Add onion to wok and leave to soften. Add chicken until brown.
6. Add all veg followed a minute later followed by the balti sauce.
7. Allow rice to boil and veg to soften.
8. Serve rice, add curry ontop
